Magnetic Nanoparticles for Biomedical Research
GeneNano develops magnetic nanoparticles, magnetic beads, and nucleic-acid purification solutions for research and laboratory workflows. Our work focuses on practical magnetic-separation technologies designed to help researchers isolate DNA and RNA efficiently from a range of biological sample types.

Magnetic nanoparticles are functional materials used in molecular biology, biotechnology, and biomedical research. Their surfaces can be modified to interact with nucleic acids, proteins, antibodies, cells, and other biological targets. Once the target is bound, a magnetic field enables fast physical separation without centrifugation or traditional column-based processing.

GeneNano focuses on magnetic-particle chemistries and protocols for DNA and RNA purification. Our solutions support samples including tissue, cultured cells, whole blood, plasma, serum, saliva, urine, stool, and bacterial cultures. Purified nucleic acids can be prepared for downstream research applications such as PCR, qPCR, sequencing, and other molecular-biology workflows.
OUR PRODUCTS AND CAPABILITIES
 Since GeneNano was established on June 18, 2015, we have developed multiple DNA-purification kits and several types of functional magnetic nanoparticles. Our product and development work includes silica-coated magnetic beads for DNA and RNA purification; magnetic-bead extraction kits for liquid and solid biological samples; plasmid DNA purification products; affinity magnetic beads for protein and biomolecule capture; magnetic separation racks; and custom nanoparticle coating and conjugation support.
 Our goal is to make magnetic separation easier to adopt in manual and automated workflows. Each product is validated for the downstream applications listed on its product page. Product pages and protocols provide details about sample compatibility, preparation size, and storage. GeneNano products are intended for research use.
 SCIENTIFIC EXPERIENCE
 Our team brings experience in molecular and cellular biology, biochemistry, immunology, and biomedical research. We use this background to design, evaluate, and improve magnetic-particle products and purification protocols.
 GeneNano also conducts exploratory research involving DNA methylation and other molecular markers. Research-stage work is described separately from products currently available for purchase.
